This website and all content found within, including the way it has been designed, ran, and operated with local impression in mind belongs to Start Over Games. We do not have any association with Nintendo, Sony, Sega, Microsoft, Atari, or any other video game related company past or present.

Start Over Games reserves the right to change any content on this website at any time, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to; pricing, contests, giveaways, shipping charges, product for sale, and method of sale. We also reserve the right to refuse sale or service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Products: We clean and test every system, game, controller, and accessory we sell. We also include actual pictures of the product so the buyer knows what the condition of the product is and what exactly they will be buying. Most systems and cartridge-based games are disassembled to ensure proper cleaning and function. When possible, we try and send our systems out with RCA cables instead RF switches, as a RF switch produces a poorer picture quality on a HD television. We also check the batteries on games and if needed, replace them. All games are tested on the original systems they were released for, and performance on other systems (including third party) is not guaranteed.

Product Availability & Updates: Any items bought off of StartOverGamesLLC.com will automatically be marked as sold, and completely removed from the website within 4-days of sale. Unfortunately, we do not receive real-time updates when something sells at our case inside Memories Antique Mall, and, it is strongly recommended, especially if you are traveling a long distance, to contact Start Over Games or Memories Antique Mall to check product availability. We offer a 24-hour hold period on anything we sell in our case. Thursdays are generally the day we update our case with new inventory and remove any sold items from StartOverGamesLLC.com. New inventory will be added to both our case and website every week. For new-stock previews we encourage you to like us on Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter.

To encourage the movement of our inventory, at anytime we may change the way in which an item is being sold. This includes changing an item from “Local Pickup” to “Available at Antique Mall”, and moving an item to our case in Memories Antique Mall from StartOverGamesLLC.com or vice versa.

Purchase & Payment: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any products from both our case in Memories Antique Mall, and StartOverGamesLLC.com. All items bought at Memories Antique Mall can be purchased with cash or credit card. All items bought on StartOverGamesLLC.com must be paid for via PayPal. A minimum purchase of $5 is required for all orders made on StartOverGamesLLC.com to help us off-set any associated PayPal fees. Orders will be directed off site to Paypal.com to be finalized. This is done to protect both the buyer (you), and the seller (Start Over Games). By going off-site, we do not have to store any personal information on our website. Everyone is also required to register and/or log in to StartOverGamesLLC.com before making a purchase. This is an added security feature we use to help protect our customers and us. Any information you give us will not be shared or sold.

Any order purchased and set up for pickup at Memories Antique Mall will require the customer to bring the order number and their photo ID with them. At the time of purchase, you will be asked who will be picking the order up. This must match our records or the order will not be released by Memories Antique Mall. This policy was put in place to help protect both our customers and us.

Warranty and Returns: Start Over Games offers a 30-day warranty and 30-day return policy on everything we sell. We do however, reserve the right to troubleshoot any products or issues before accepting a return or exchange. Start Over Games will not be held accountable for any damage caused by improper use of an item, incompatibility issues with third-party systems, or damage caused by using an item in or with a defective piece of equipment. In the case that an item is found to be defective, we will do our best to replace it for you. If a replacement can not be offered a refund will be issued. All returns will be handled on a case by case basis, and the method of which an item can be returned is dependent on how it was purchased. Bought at our case inside Memories Antique Mall- Simply bring in the item and receipt you were given within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. Bought off of our website and picked up at the Antique Mall- Upon pickup Memories Antique Mall will issue you a receipt. To return an item, bring that receipt and the item you want to return back to the Antique Mall within 30 days to receive a refund via PayPal. Your PayPal account will be refunded within 72 hours of the return. Bought off our website and shipped to you- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we can facilitate a return process for you. We understand that there are always special circumstances that arise and are willing to do whatever we can to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. In the event that a special circumstance arises, please reach out to us so proper plans can be made.

Product Drop Off & Delivery: Any item(s) ordered for local pickup will be available at Memories Antique Mall after 12 pm on the Thursday following the order. If items are ordered after 10pm on Wednesday, they will be available the following Thursday. In the event that a holiday falls on a Thursday, we will drop the items off on Friday. In the event that Start Over Games cannot deliver the items to Memories Antique Mall before the 12 pm deadline, we will make the delivery as soon as possible. We will also make sure to contact all buyers and inform them of the changed time.

Unclaimed Items: Any items bought off of StartOverGamesLLC.com and delivered to Memories Antique Mall must be picked up within two weeks of being delivered. After the first week we will attempt to contact the buyer and make any necessary arrangements as needed. If we are unsuccessful at making contact with the buyer, and the two-week period passes, we will reclaim the item(s) and automatically refund the buyer the amount paid minus any associated PayPal fees. Any items bought off of StartOverGamesLLC.com that were to be shipped to a customer and found to be undeliverable will be automatically refunded minus any PayPal and delivery fees assuming the package finds its way back to us.

Buying Items: Start Over Games is always looking to buy unwanted video game related items. Customers looking to sell can send us a message with a list and/or pictures of what they are looking to sell. From there we will review the list/photo(s) and begin the process. Please respond to any questions we may have about your item(s), as we are only trying to help gather information that will affect the value. The amount we can offer customers for their items is based on several different factors, including but not limited to; market value, condition, quantity we already have in stock, and demand. In the event that an agreement is reached, we will facilitate a process to finalize the sale.

Trading Items: Customers may trade their items for credit to be used to buy from Start Over Games, if we are willing to accept trades at that time or on a certain item. The amount of credit offered is based on different factors, including but not limited to; market value, condition, quantity we already have, and demand. If a trade-in price is agreed upon, Start Over Games will facilitate a process to finalize the sale.

Contacting Us: Start Over Games will respond to most messages within 24 hours. Our preferred order of contact is email, then Facebook, and lastly by phone. The reason behind this is due to the first two options reaching both of us quickly, while the one of us who is carrying our phone may not be able to answer it. In the event that we do not answer your call, and you would like us to call you back, please leave us a brief message.
